For optimal skin health, we recommend getting a course of treatments once a week for 6-8 weeks to charge and rebalance your skin cell activity. From there we recommend monthly maintenance to upkeep your results. However, your Dermal Therapist can provide a personalised recommendation based on your skin type and goals.

• Pause using any chemical exfoliants, retinol, and active cosmetic products on your skin three days before your treatment.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure prior to your treatment.

• Refrain from facial waxing for seven days before your treatment.

As a mother of 3, Nurse Raluka is very understanding. You are welcome to bring your child/children or a friend to your appointment. Please notify the clinic if bringing children so extra time can be allocated to your appointment. Please ensure you younger children are self secured in a pram or are at an age where they can sit for the duration of your appointment.
