Depending on the tier you choose, treatments include Pro Dermal Planning Corrective Peels, O-Biome Lymphatic Therapy, SkinPen Skin Needling, BioRePeel, and LED Therapy. Our dermal clinicians will tailor the treatment plan based on your skin’s unique needs.

Treatments are scheduled every 4 weeks to ensure your skin is continuously improving. This frequency allows us to monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Luminous Essentials focuses on regular skin maintenance with facials and peels, while Elevate Your Radiance includes more advanced treatments like skin needling and BioRePeel for deeper skin rejuvenation. Both tiers offer personalised care and exclusive benefits.

Terms and Conditions for Skin Subscription Plan

1. Overview

Our subscription service allows members to receive skincare treatments at our clinic on a regular basis, selected based on member preferences and treatment availability. This plan includes 13 scheduled treatments annually.

2. Treatment Flexibility

Subscribers have the flexibility to swap treatments within the plan, provided that the exchanged treatments are of equal value. This ensures personalized skincare experiences while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the regimen.

3. Subscription Duration

A minimum subscription term of 6 months is required. Members are encouraged to review treatment options and commit to the plan that best suits their skincare needs.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Members must provide at least 4 weeks' notice to cancel their subscription. Cancellations can be made by contacting the clinic or Aglow customer service. 

- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the notice period. 

- No refunds will be issued for partial months or treatments. 

5. Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a subscription for any reason, including but not limited to payment issues, violation of terms, or failure to adhere to scheduling policies.

6. Non-Transferability

Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment. Membership benefits and treatments are exclusively for the registered member.

7. Treatment Selection and Scheduling

Members will receive treatments based on their chosen plan, preferences, and availability. While we provide members with VIP Access, appointments are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure preferred times.

8. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

- Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that appointment. 

- Make-up sessions for missed appointments are offered, subject to availability. Members should contact us to arrange a make-up session. 

- If a member is going on holiday and will miss scheduled treatments, they must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. Treatment sessions can be held in lieu and rescheduled upon the member's return.

9. Health and Safety

Members must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment based on health considerations for the safety of the member.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the membership plan signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from the membership plan will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
